CBW TABLES
VENDOR TABLES - $35 PER TABLE (TOTAL AVAILABLE = 24)
Tables must be covered on all sides facing the public by the exhibitor. Four carving entry fees are
included with each table. No mail in entries are allowed. All carvings displayed, must be 95% wood, no
reproductions or castings allowed. 90% of your table must be finished carvings. No add on tables will be
allowed. Your table should be kept neat and manned as much as possible. Tables and/or exhibits are not
to be dismantled until 4:00 P.M. Sunday ( NO EXCEPTIONS)
Participants are encouraged to have an exhibit table to enter the competition; however, there are two other options shown below to enter the competition.

We encourage Carving Clubs to purchase one or more show table spaces. Space is limited and assigned on a first come basis.

Entry fees for competitors without a Table or who have more entries than allotted with the
Table
If your club does not have a club table or if you are not a member of a club, your entry fee per carving is $6.00
All other competitors will pay the $5.00 entry fee per carving that is not covered by their table(s) For example:
You have a Vendors Table, or your Club has a Table and you have more than 4 carvings per table, you pay $5.00 for carving #5 etc.
