MEMBERSHIP

Coastal Bend Wood Carvers (CBW) is a non-profit woodcarving Club. Our primary goal is to promote the art and craft of woodcarving. We cater to all woodcarvers, but make special effort to provide carving opportunities to carvers that spend their winters in our balmy climate (Winter Texans). This goal is achieved by acquiring venues to exercise carving skills for every day of the week here in the Coastal Bend. Our premier event to test our skills and to provide opportunities for improving our skills is the Carving Show and School which for 2012 will be from February 4 to 9. We encourage you to join the club and participate as a member. Membership is available to you whether you carve or support carving. Yes, even if you do not carve we still would be honoured if you join our club.

PEOPLES CHOICE AWARD – Plaque, this award will be selected from all the Woodcarving entries in the competition. All attendees will be provided with a ballot for this purpose.
